• Rates are in US Dollars, exclusive of 7.5% VAT and are subject to change.
• No Service Charge added. Gratuities at discretion.
• Rates are for Single and Double occupancy per room per night.
• Extra person rate - US$40 per night. 1st child under 12 years is free.
• Maximum Occupancy in Deluxe Studio is 2 Adults and 2 Children or 3 Adults.
• Maximum Occupancy in 1 Bedroom Suite is 4 Adults or 2 Adults & 2 Children.
• Three nights Deposit required to confirm booking.
• Cancellation/No Show - cancellation must be received 7 days in advance of arrival in Summer and 14 days in Winter. Cancellations received within these arrival periods will incur a penalty of 3 room nights. No Shows wil be deemed cancellations.
