Rates are based on Single/Double occupancy, on a room only basis.
Rates are per room per night.
Extra person rate, per night - US$30.00. 
Deposit: 3 nights minimum deposit required.
Cancellation/No Show – Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations received within 14 days of arrival.  Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to arrival date will receive full refund on their deposits.  Refunds are not offered for no-shows or early check-outs.
